TAEKWONDO ATA, WTF, ITF, Traditional, Jidokwan, Tang soo do, etc is just one of the exciting Martial Arts form divisions offered. The WOMAA rules in addition to the virtual rules will govern this division. Membership is not required and the competitor my select their forms. Winners will progress to the finals. Traditional Kung Fu / Wushu / Tai Chi / Kempo forms. This empty-hand soft-style form division is open to all of the Chinese, Indonesian based styles. Available in all of the Virtual World Tournaments. Winners will progress to the finals. Please see our rules page and the supplemental rules
Traditional Kenpo Kata. This empty-hand form division is open to all Kenpo/Kempo practitioners. Available in all of the Virtual World Tournaments. Winners will progress to the finals. Please see our rules page and the supplemental rules
Open Forms: is one of the main Martial Arts events for all styles and associations, regardless if you study hard or soft Martial Arts forms or any other styles that have forms for competition. Forms may be self-created, modified or even be original. Music is optional as long as the form is done to the music and not just background music. NO Acrobatics (flips, etc.) nor extreme movements are permitted in this event.

Extreme Forms. This extreme/tricking empty-hand division is for the more advanced competitor. Safe acrobatics may be used wearing a Martial Arts uniform demonstrating techniques with defensive and offensive strikes and blocks and imply not all flips, etc. Music is optional as long as the form is done to the music and not just background music. Available in all of the Virtual World Tournaments. Winners will progress to the finals. Please see our rules page and the supplemental rules
Traditional Martial Art Weapons: Japanese / Okinawan / Korean / Chinese weapons, (Kobudo) forms. Open to all styles. Please see the rules for this division before registering. Time limits are a general guideline of 0:30 to 3:00 minutes. This event will showcase the Oriental weapon forms. No music. Weapons must be traditional. NO Extreme or unsafe weapons are permitted in this division. (Pencil bo, chrome decorated Kama, plastic or rubber weapons are NOT permitted here). No live or sharp bladed weapons, must be safe. No acrobatics nor weapon exteme releases are permitted.

Open / Creative Martial art Weapon Forms. These are self-created forms using weapons. This is open to all styles. Please see the rules page on this division before submitting your registration. NOTE: Traditional weapon forms or Extreme weapon forms are NOT permitted in this division, please see the Traditional or Extreme Weapons division. Music is optional as long as the form is done to the music and not just background music. NO acrobatics of the Body or the Weapon (flips, extreme releases, etc.) nor extreme movements in this event. Only safe Martial Arts weapons are permitted, no sharp or live bladed weapons.

Extreme Martial Art Weapon Forms. This extreme/tricking division is for the more advanced Martial Arts competitor only. Please read the NEW RULES for this division before filming. Safe acrobatics are permitted wearing a Martial Arts uniform demonstrating techniques showing Martial Arts defensive and offensive strikes and blocks and not all flips, etc. Only safe Martial Arts weapons are permitted, no sharp or live bladed weapons. 2 to 8 Man Team Open Forms or Weapon Forms. This is a synchronized team form division open to all styles. Teams may include self-defense in addition to showing the application to the form (Bunkai). The time limit is 7 minutes or less as a guideline including the self-defence application. Self-defense routine. This event is the more practical side of the arts. Open to all styles of Martial Arts, ranks, and all ages. Create a self-defense routine against 1 to 3 attackers, which may attack more than one time in a continuous series. Time limit of 0:30 to 2:30 minutes. Winners will progress to the finals. Kickboxer: Bag and/or Focus Mitts. Both types are in a combined division in this event. A single competitor demonstrates style, correct technique, with effective combinations, speed and power on either a heavy bag or a partner holding focus mitts. Time limit guidelines are 30 seconds to 2 minutes maximum. Competitors will receive 2 scores from each of the 3 judges. 1 score for technical and 1 score for athletic performance. Plus comments from each referee. The competitor must show a regulation name card (see rules) at the beginning of the video with no edits, text or music. Winners will progress to the finals. KickBoxer: Shadow Boxing.
A single competitor demonstrates style, correct technique, with effective combinations and movement. They should demonstrate effective attacks, defense and counter attacks. Should be a convincing fight against a single shadow opponent. Time limit guidelines are 30 seconds to 2 minutes maximum. The competitor will receive 2 scores from each of the 3 judges. 1 score for technical and 1 score for athletic performance. Plus comments from each referee. Competitor must show a regulation name card (see rules) at the beginning of the video with no edits, text, or music. Winners will progress to the finals. Judges will be Karate certified referees. This is an awesome event for those Martial Artists that have special extra challenges in life. They may compete in Physically Challenged or Mentally Challenged divisions. Breaking: A super event for all ages. The athlete may choose boards or bricks/tiles. Caution must be used and the type of break to be preapproved by your instructor for the athlete's safety. Winners will progress to the finals. Please see our rules page.
